Consent to Personal Data Processing – Prospect & Applicant

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter as “GDPR”), I give my consent to Anglo-americká vysoká škola, z.ú., Letenská 120/5, Praha 1, identification number 25940082, registered with the Metropolitan Court in Prague under file no. U501 (hereinafter as “Data Controller”), to process my personal data, i.e. given name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, contact address (hereinafter as “Personal Data”) for the purposes of registration in the database of persons interested in Data Controller’s services, approaching such persons and sending them information, offers and commercial communications by electronic means, all in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 480/2004 Sb. on certain information society services, until I terminate any contractual agreement with the Data Controller or until I notify the Data Controller that I wish to withdraw my consent to processing of the Personal Data.
I give my consent for a period of 10 years from the moment of providing the Personal Data.

This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time in whole or in part. Failure to give consent or withdrawing consent means that you will not receive information about Organization’s events and offers. Moreover, it may be very difficult for you to communicate with us if consent to processing of the Personal Data is not given.
