Shared bikes are coming to Lítačka!

There are already a number of transport options available in using Prague’s Lítačka transport card- bus, tram, or metro! It’s very easy to sign up, purchase daily tickets, and monthly or yearly passes. But there’s something new starting in October 2021… an added benefit of free bike-share rides!

This initiative with Lítačka means that pass holders will be able to access shared bikes or e-bikes from companies such as Rekola, Nextbike, Homeport, and Bolt for free for up to 15 minutes of their journey. The project aims to gauge the interest in using publicly accessible bikes as a means to increase clean, green transportation in Prague. All bikes are similarly priced for 30-minute journeys and either requires being left in a designated location or specific park area. Riding around Prague in the autumn leaves for an extra 15 minutes for free? Yes, please!
