Mgr. Silvia Klinčeková, Ph.D.

Silvia is passionate about Agility, Scrum, Design Thinking, communication and innovation. She has an experience with successful delivery of multiple projects in corporation and small enterprises. She has a great sense of encouraging and motivating people. She has a great sense to manage people applying Servant leadership approach. She likes to create a working environment where people are feeling happy and willing to cooperate and help each other.

Silvia is certified Scrum Master and Agile coach. She completed her PhD studies in Marketing Communication in 2017. In 2018 she started her career in Prague where she has a unique opportunity to work on different coaching positions and international projects.

Silvia’s hobbies are travelling, photography, communication, social media and design.
