Mgr. Milena Ferenčíková, B.A.

Ms. Ferenčíková is a PhD candidate at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, focusing on the psychometric study of orthorexia under the mentorship of Prof. Papezova. She holds double bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development from Empire State University, New York, as well as an magister degree from the University of New York in Prague (UNYP), where she currently serves as a faculty representative and lectures in courses such as Theories of Personality, Psychology of Adjustment, Motivation and Emotion, and Statistics.

Since 2022, she has organized a number of student research conferences and mentored multiple final theses. Her master’s thesis examined the psychometric quality of an emotional intelligence questionnaire. In addition to her academic work, she is accredited in crisis intervention, is a psychologist in healthcare, and is completing systemic psychotherapeutic training. Additionally, she works full-time as an HR quality auditor.
