Michaela received her Masters´ degree in Theory and Philosophy of Communication at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She has experience in human resources management in international companies and project and event management in the field of education.

In her role of HR Director, Michaela is in charge of managing all human resources initiatives within the AAU and building employee relations and internal culture that is in line with AAU values and objectives.
