Eva is passionate about human development and has many years of international experience in the field of education (graduated from UCLA – Los Angeles, USA, studied at Universidad de Granada, Spain, and lived in Oʻahu, Hawaii). She specializes in Systems Leadership, HR, Sustainability and Business Ethics, Cultural Intelligence, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development.

As a qualitative methodology expert and author of the EWA (Empowering Wholeness Agile) Edu. Learning and Didactic Model, she has been enjoying her role as an educator, researcher, methodologist, and project leader in the field of Innovative Didactics finding creative solutions for effective life-long learning.
