Kateřina Matoušová

Originally from the Czech Republic, Kateřina earned her Master of Arts in English Literature & Film at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. She then pursued further education at Charles University, specializing in translation studies and comparative literature. This diverse academic background has enhanced her understanding of both the English language and various cultural contexts. After spending two years teaching English, Katerina developed a deep understanding of students’ needs and the everyday challenges they face, allowing her to communicate with clarity, efficiency, and empathy.

In her role as admissions assistant, Kateřina supports the Admissions Office by coordinating interviews, managing documents, and assisting prospective students with their inquiries. Additionally, she helps students navigate the application process from start to finish. Known for her attention to detail, organization, and strong interpersonal skills, Kateřina is always ready to provide guidance and assistance to students and other stakeholders.
