Ariel Reichard, PhD

Ariel is a lecturer for the School of International Relations & Diplomacy. His research interests revolve around international security and modern conflict, including asymmetric war and foreign policy.

He has a double MA in Security Studies and Conflict Resolution (2012) from Tel-Aviv University, along with a PhD from the same institution. 

Between 2022 and 2024, Ariel was a post-doctoral researcher at Charles University, where he now teaches courses on war and the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Terrorism and counter-terrorism, insurgency warfare, propaganda, American foreign policy, coercion in international affairs, peace negotiations, Israel foreign policy, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
