Anna Hudáková

Anna Hudáková is an accomplished HR executive and business consultant with over 25 years of experience in executive management. She began her career as a sales manager at Coca-Cola Amatil in Slovakia, where she became the first HR director, establishing and leading the company’s HR department.

As chief HR officer at Slovak Telekom, Anna played a key role as part of the executive leadership team in transforming the state-owned enterprise into a dynamic, customer-oriented market player. She contributed to centralization, organizational restructuring, digitalization, and the establishment of key units such as sales, marketing, and customer service, while driving initiatives in cultural transformation, leadership development, and operational efficiency.

Anna has also contributed to global and European initiatives with the Deutsche Telekom Group and the Sanofi Group, including integrating Sanofi subsidiaries across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She holds a degree in adult education from Pavol Jozef Šafárik University, took her advanced studies in human resources from MCE Brussels, and earned executive development credentials from the London Business School.

Currently, Anna serves as the chief executive officer (CEO) at Anglo-American University, where she provides strategic leadership in marketing, brand development, student experience, operations, and HR, while overseeing the university’s strategic planning, governance, financial sustainability, and institutional growth.
