Learning Outcomes | Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: – Comprehend and have a clear understanding of terms and concepts using in business decision-making; – Understand and analyze how accounting information is prepared and how it is used in making management decisions; – Prepare cost reports for different production systems; – Evaluate the consequences of different business decisions using differential analysis; – Produce the Master Budget of the company and interpret the differences between planned and actual performance. |
